The right to a useful and remunerative job in the industries or shops or farms or mines of the nation;

Socialist. Its self defeating. You are going to make a business employ you how? Freedom and capitalism that drives overall wealth depends of natural price of goods and labour. A free market. To work. And that means you are worth what the market says you are worth. Theres no artificial help. If there is, then thats wealth redistribution, market distortion.

The right to earn enough to provide adequate food and clothing and recreation;

Again in a free market, you are worth what you are worth. No more, no less. Or as above.

The right of every farmer to raise and sell his products at a return which will give him and his family a decent living;

So everybody grows chickens. Now theres too many. Price falls, not enough income. Socialist systems prop up the farmer by paying greater than the market value. In europe we till have this and it results in massive mountains of certain stuff, like the butter mountain we hgad a few years back. All paid for by the taxation of business and people, so we can throw it away. Sorry, but when theres not enough of something, the price goes up. And that means more will see £££$$$ profit. And so fill in the gaps. And when theres too much of something, the price drops because no demand. So the farmers making that stuff, then need to do something else. The least efficient will go bust. You cannot prop up this stuff artificially.

The right of every businessman, large and small, to trade in an atmosphere of freedom from unfair competition and domination by monopolies at home or abroad;

Impractical but a good aim.

The right of every family to a decent home;

So those that are lazy, get subsidized by the hard working? Why would the hard working bother if they can just stay home and let the government provide. Thats what all socialist systems do. And why they eventually collapse. Why bother working hard, why bother investing, why bother creating farms or factories. You dont need to do that! Result empty shelves. Ask venuzuala.

The right to adequate medical care and the opportunity to achieve and enjoy good health;

Paid by who? Nobody needs to work anymore.

The right to adequate protection from the economic fears of old age, sickness, accident, and unemployment;
The right to a good education.

Again who will pay. And who will bother to teach, or build schools. You have so many rights, and right into old age that nobody has any incentive to create the businesses and products, or roads, schools, or food. Why would they? They dont. This is EXACTLY why socialist economies always get poorer and poorer.

The problem is simple. Nobody has the right to other peoples money.

If done in a small carefully controlled way to help those that cannot help themselves only, like suddenly out of work on a temporary basis, or disabled, as a SAFETY NET to have a stable fair system then it is beneficial to all. If "rights" are given that includes the stuff in your list it just removes the work or business or entrepreneurial forces from the economy. And thats always a bad thing.
