I think polititions are technically ignorant idiots in the main. This new green bullshit is so called GREEN SOCIALISM because it costs society (the tax payer) a lot for absolutely no gain in anything useful. It will cause society to go downhill, and everyone will have much lower living standards. The reason we have a highly developed safe, comfortable world able to feed 8 billion people is BECAUSE of fossil fuels. Cheap easy readily available energy. It is the only reason its possible at all.
