240v - 24v transformer.

Postby Scooterman » 05 Sep 2019, 21:26

Hi, I've been trying to find something similar to this online. My dad has it at the base of a tree in a waterproof box along with a small box of electronics (about the size of a matchbox I think?)

It's for some lights he's got draped in a tree, but I don't know what sort of lights they are? I think they're fairy lights but whether they're neon or LEDs I don't know, I think they might be neons???

I've found a few AD/DC but no AC/AC. I don't know if it HAS to be AC output?

Best bet is to find out what its actually running. Probably works on DC. Measure it...
