Seems he was tackled by members of the public that disarmed him of his knife and beat him up till the cops arrived, who then shot him because he had a bomb belt on. Which was a fake. So all worked out well then. Other than one serious knife attack that needed a helicopter. And a bunch of less serious injuries.
