:D if you have someone this error J1 is from the secondary remote joystick from back if the module is set with this remote, don't remove him, only you reprogrammed the module. Thanks!

Hi everybody, I've not been on this site for a while but I've just had an error code I've never seen before 'J1' and I couldn't find anything useful in any Invacare pdfs that I have so I turned to this site which turned up trumps with this short thread so at least I know what is causing it.

I'll get my laptop out with the Wizard software on it to see if I can find a setting to change to stop the error happening, but I've used the same setup for years and never seen this J1 before. The only thing I can think of is the control module and joystick were sent to Dynamic for repair about six months ago and maybe something was changed then, I have no second joystick on my chair so it's puzzleing

Change a new joystick, this is the problem of “J1” error.

Yes you're right! A new joystick solved the problem, the controller is fine.
