I think I have the charger set up right - I'm currently bulk charging the cells 4 at a time in parallel, using a jig I made (more on that later)
I'm charging to 3.6V nominally, the display keeps flipping between 3.599 and 3.601V... I set the memory to 60,000mAh (4 x 15000) and the maximum charge rate to 20A - but the display seems to show a max rate of about 3.5A which falls off rapidly.
So far the charge reached '100%' in about 35 minutes, but I let the batteries soak for a little over 2 hours, when the charge current display is around 0.050mA... Is this a good stopping point?
I noticed the Ri value seems to start around 50 mOhms, but seems to go up to about 70-75 as the charge goes up... Is this normal?

So to clarify, when I am looking at the balance connectors on the charger, is the most negative pin on the right?
And the most positive pin on the left?
