Like you mentioned many times John.
They dont make a perfect factory STD chair.
You have to modify them.

Solid mount suspension mounts next.
No room for travel as top of motors would hit lugs of frame.

The one on my storm 4 was a stupid 80 Amp. After reprogramming it was borderline if you ask me. As I measured 175A often... It didnt blow but...

I suggest a 150A fuse. Esp with those cables.

Good job, i waiting to make my circle to put on my Invacare Typhoon 2 with gearless motors to put 110/80-8 tyre Heidenau because Kitaco i don't found to buy, i make the spacer from steel 3cm. How you make your circle from motor, to make it wide between motor and rim?

Hi elryko1992
Same as Burgerman
Used 2mm alloy plate bent to make a ring
Rivited together then 5 alloy tubes 16mm dia 8mm clearance holes
45mm or 50mm long each. Then you need 5 longer cap screws to match
for each wheel half to fix together

Burgerman had a build thread but cant find it.

NEED 10" rims for TT GB to go tubeless .

Saw this , and it's a good 14" tubeless candidate for GB , without losing torque . goodpost givebeer

Too thin. He likes the fat tyres, smoother ride, less sinking...

Is there any way to disable freewheel levers on brushless motors
as one of mine has broke off level with casing
they are very brittle hollow plastic.

Could they be disabled with wiring or will have to remove lever arm part
inside casings first. :problem:

YES , you can avoid the inhabit by just shorting that blue micro switch .

Another thing worth noting is the plastic linkage will get displaced after a dozen clicks of the solenoid . That will render you an ineffective parking brake .

I'll hot glue it . cheers
