I use a single "Zefal Spy" mirror on the left side of my chair on a hanger, which I can conceal in the hanger. It's convex and fairly good.

I noticed some gloves with mirrors, but I don't think they would work very well especially on joystick hand, they seem expensive on ebay, sure I saw them much cheaper elsewhere.

This kind of cows is too small for being engines, we call them "toad cows"

Towed cows are another breed. Much bigger, stronger and have a hump between shoulders.

I watched most of the video - all of the traffic was towards you? were you on a one-way road going the wrong way?
when I am out on a road am always more worried about the cars coming behind me.

I had suffered the sweating and pressure sore problems in many years. Sweat had leaked out 1 or 2 litres a day no mater how weather is hot or cold or cool, very tired. 2 years ago, the sore was healed then the sweating problem suddenly disappeared. Maybe there is a relation between the sweating and pressure sore problems.

That day was very hot. In the town, the temperature was 40oC in shade plus a super dry wind. But in jungle where is not far from the town, it was fairly cool, about 30oC. The road serves for tourist. At the end of it, there is a waterfall. It is a two-way road. Those people were tourists that were going back to the town from the waterfall.

Some days I sweat uncontrollably when sat in a chair. On one or the other sides. Other days no sweating. Regardless of temperature. And yes yesterday, sweating. And sore back...

On the plus side my keyboard is now behaving.

Whoohoo. Air alternating cushion still working well. No pressure sore. But must stop sitting on bottle tops. I have a small cut, and a red serrated "ring" on a buttock!

Those paths are a bit narrow. What were they thinking. Its amazing how similar that looks to the one near here.. Poplar trees, copper roofs, same type of brickwork, same iron railings fence etc.

The bird feathers are from Red Kites which soar in the park, they're great to watch.

Ooh that looks nice! I'd like to have a go on that, I was thinking me and the salsa could get a bus and train to Waterloo. I've been looking at the Thames Clipper website but am confused already . Can you suggest which service I should get that is best for seeing the sights?

Do you want to have a long ride on the boat or get on and off at several places to look at things?

If you have a freedom pass or any other disabled ID a single long ride on the boat with a 2 zones ticket with 50% disabled discount is £ 3.65.

For a single long ride I would suggest North Greenwich O2 to The London Eye.
Jubilee Line from Waterloo to North Greenwich O2 which is about 12 minutes in the tube plus getting in and out of the stations. Then you are onto the Thames Clipper at somewhere with no queue. Best view from the boat is generally sitting outside.

If you want to go exploring a River Roamer ticket for £8.90 (50% discount) allows you to get on and off all day. They do also do a free carer if you want to take a companion.

Do I need an oyster card to go on the tube? I've never bought one of them. I use my bus pass on the bus when I go to London as I don't know where to buy an Oyster card, do newsagents sell them?

It works like an Oyster card but only available if you live in London, but your local council may have a similar scheme.
