but I'm not sure it is worth it - if you have moved your centre of gravity back then the castors will float over most things - I'm not sure mine touch the ground very much at all now - my other half gets quite anxious when she is with me and tells me off for pulling wheelies - I don't even know I'm doing it

the valves don't come out of the inner tubes do they? If not, how do you feel that in the tube with the "OXO Off-Road sealant"?

How do you let the air out when the sealant is inside to replace the tyre? Or do you just always replace the in the tube every time you replace the tyre?
