Our own labour party of socialist, marxist, green, idiots are having a losers battle to select a new leader. Theres 5 to vote for. I do hope they pick any of those. Because that will ensure that they never get into power in the next decade. You couldnt make it up. The people gave them the worst election result in a century, and they still think that all their ideas were great! Its just the voters that are wrong! :clap

I have a trump 2020, make liberals cry again flag reaady to put up here in the UK. Just because the left and the liberals here detest him as much as your us liberal party idiots do. And its fun to wind up the poor delusional lefties.

Its great. One look at that orange man, or a mention of his name and they all glow with hatred. He stands for everything they hate! And the people vote him in. Same as the remainers here. They are still festering and seething because WE VOTED OUT! They will never get that they are wrong, and that they lost! They are still planning and waving that awful EUSSR flag. My next door neibour says I ruined her grandkids lives. Me! :clap

Trump is feeling good about himself...he went out and talked Hope Hicks into returning. Wonder where he gets his rocks off? I don't thin Melania is putting out.

Why do the democrats insist on running half-steppers.Most of them won't make it through one term let alone being able and or competent enough to run for a second term.

Not sure IQ comes into it.

In the US, the conservatives are all guns, religion, anti abortion and capitalist. And have a reputation of not being too bright. Which if they are mostly religous then that makes sense. Thats why you got trump!

But in the UK religion doesent enter into it. There is no religion to speak of. A few immigrants, and the old mostly. I honestly do not have any work colegues, drinking or family freinds that ever think about religion at all. Its a thing of the past here in the UK. Other than to laugh at them. Among native english white people you would be hard pushed to find one thats delusional at all. Here conservatives stand for capitalism, business, and running the country with as little tax or interference to business as possible. And mostly its the educated and business people, and sane sensible working people that vote for them.

Our labour party, and our liberal party are similar in many ways to your liberal democrats. They are full of either over educated elites, that love open borders, multiculturalism. They also love their socialism. Its a marvelous ideal where those at the top organise everything and they engineer the system so that the money is distributed so that equality is removed. It all sounds so marvelous. As well as the elites, we have the media, and the universities and colleges that are all turning out these marxist loving politically correct open border student idiots that are offended by everything and dont have a clue about how the world works. Most of them are unionistic and believe that the top 1% should share everything with them... They are the progressives, the antifa and all the rest of the groups of lefties and liberals.

This socialist ideal quite obviously always fails. Its not like it hasnt been tried enough times. But they dont care. Its all about the ideals. And jealousy. They must be kept out of power at all costs. Because given adequate time, and power they can bankrupt any economy like venuzuala. They are not stupid. Just brainwashed and lacking any understanding of REAL socialism. Its easy to be a socialist living in a rich capitalist economy! Its impossible to do the opposite. Its often impossible to even survive. Ask any ex socialist country members. That all collapsed in desperate poverty across half the planet over the last century. With 100 million or more dead because of it. Theres still a few hanging on in poverty like venuzuala or cuba. But sonner or later those will die. Probably literally.

You missed my point. The easiest election to win is the sitting Presidents second term. So why eliminate the chance by running candidates so old? This group of old duffers will be lucky to live through the fist term.

Mostly because those are the ones that stand, and that the rest vote for! Thats democracy. Theres no age limit. And theres this. I would never have considered running when younger. Now, I am... Or would if not having other problems taking my time right now.

Precisely. An incumbent POTUS almost always gets reelected for a second term. The last time a sitting POTUS lost a reelection bid was 1992. But that was an anomaly. That year, there was a somewhat viable third party candidate on the ballot, very unusual in our system. This split the Republican vote enough to allow Bill Clinton to slide in and win the election.

Love Trump, or hate Trump, barring some major unforeseen event, he's extremely likely to be reelected. And that's before taking account for the current shitshow going on in the primaries. LOL

I agree it's unusual to unseat a sitting President... however the blood bath at the midterm and retiring Republican Congressmen is rare as well. I believe many did not vote "for" Trump in 2016 but voted "against" Hillary. IMHO, the Dems would make a huge mistake by putting forward an extreme candidate.
I am looking for someone I can support. I think a Centerist... who can get disaffected Republican support, Independants like me, and Dems... It's the Dem's election to lose.

After the attempted impeachment Trumps approval ratings were the highest he has had his entire term in office. They basically gifted him significant face time, then improved his platform for him. And the Democrats repeatedly shoot themselves in the foot by alienating middle of the road blocks of voters with dumb moves and statements. Trumps dumb statements only tend to really bother those that already don't like him. Time will tell, but I'm not seeing any potential candidate from the democrats that can beat Trump.
Either way, it will be another election season far more entertaining... And depressing... Than the Jerry Springer show.

Its a SOCIALIST party. And its full of lefties and liberals, and progressives with the love of imigration, multiculturalism, gays, every type of oddball and zero tolerance of anyone with an alternative view and they are the thought police, and the antifashists (antifa) and the rest of the lefty loons. Antifa are themselves the very thing they are against! What they really mean is that everyone that thinks different to them is en extremist! So they are by definition nowhere near middle. They are left, left, left politically - like venuzuala, with the rest of the nutters all added.
Theres no way any middle of the road voter could vote for the liberals whoever they pick.

After the attempted impeachment Trumps approval ratings were the highest he has had his entire term in office. They basically gifted him significant face time, then improved his platform for him.

The liberals and all the progressives HATE him, and everything he stands for and never accepted that THEY LOST. All that the endless foot stamping, tantrums and crying about it did was make them look rediculous. They have been making themselves look like idiots, and non democratic extremists that will stop at nothing to try and get back at him or remove him with endless bullshit/court cases/russians/phone calls and everything else. They dont get that THEY LOST! They make trump look like a stable genius! And compared to any of them, he actually is.
