Does anyone have or know where I could get a Quickie Q500 power centremount footrest?

I got mine on ebay. Theres 2 lengths, and a version that extends to the floor. All look the same. And fit with 2 screws and 2 plug in connectors.

Also available from sunrise dealers with correct part number. Mine was not cheap but from a new chair.
