The programmer is Model D50996.xx
The Cable is Item Number: DTT - SA79174

Below, 3 cables are pictured. I need the R-Net cable pictured on the left.

Typically in the USA, manufacturers won't deal in small quantities or with end users.
I was trying to find a reseller. Often this site has links to hard to find locations.
