Carbon Brush seller on Ebay

Does anyone know of a quality carbon brush seller on Ebay?
I had a trusted seller, but I lost the data.
The seller has to be German; there is a customs tax for British sellers.
The carbon brushes have to be of European manufacture.
I demand personal experiences, not random recommendations.
