Well the LMDZ A1+ that I ordered is now at the Airport in China waiting shipping. I expect to have it in about a week and I managed to download newer drivers (2021) from the AliExpress seller but all documentation is in Chinese. The LM_CAN app has been updated to 5.03 and I will post the file once I know it works with the Curtis PC app. I've ordered a few parts for my Quantum J6 from Ebay as well. I've slowed down the chair by unplugging the power seat height switch (firmware limits speed if the seat is raised), so I think it will be relatively safe when mom (95) comes home from rehab in a couple of days and I'm hoping I can just plug in a attendant control without having to reprogram the unit. I know I need to rework the rotation settings since it is too aggressive compared to FW/BW speeds. I'm hoping someone can point me to a valid link is for the compatible PC app (4401?) as the only link that seems to work is for 4402 and there are posts that I will not be able to access CAN with this newer version.

Just a quick post to confirm that the LDMZ A1+ USB CAN interface that is still sold on AliExpress is functional with the 3.12 (4401) PCPS software. I used it on an old Quantum J6 chair with attendant control, NE+ Joystick and Seat Height module. I was able to change the drive parameters this afternoon to make the chair safer for my elderly parent. I also turned down the torque from 100% to 80% but couldn't go lower due to flooring transitions in my house. Overall the AliExpress process was pretty good (1 week from order to adapter in USA, but the last mile delivery service was lacking as it took one week from clearing customs in Illinois to delivery in metro Detroit. After mom's accident with the chair and the fear of the dongle being lost at Speedx (last mile), I also ordered a CTLDC1488 1311-3309 programmer off e-bay as a backup since the seller was willing to let it go for under $100 (they should still have a couple more). Thank you to all who helped make reprogramming this chair possible and who offered advice on settings.

Good evening

Would it be possible to post how you connected A1 (Diagram)

And the installation drivers?

Because I couldn't, I ended up buying the original Curtis cable.
