Hi,

During power on, it displays set voltage and current but when switching on, zero voltage is displayed.
Anyway, tomorrow I will carry out the procedure as Shirley-hkg suggested.

Self calibration could not be done as the white zero didn't appear. While tinkering, I noticed the eprom settings 52 & 53 of voltage and current, altered to 120v and 25amps. These are now set at 60v and 40amp. Yet there is no voltage at the o/p terminals. If anybody posts recommended settings of eprom I can compare with those and reset.

Would you take a video how it turns on, and upload to youtube ?
Take another video that shows it won't go to self calibration too .

Maybe we can try to increase the fan loads.
Bigger fans ?
Pair another fan to the original one ?

Strange coincidence though. Same error etc.

The existing fans are the original ones and both are working. There was never a rough handling. It is impossible to add another one. There might be some software solution. czy

My ZXD2400 version is 3.17

Pair a fan to the original one to increase load , or swap with a fan with bigger amp.

Look at the very clear Lead settings in the picture.

I EXPECT that lion is just another set of CC/CV/FLOAT or no float preferable on lithium with you able to set up an aditional bunch of settings.

So for lead you might set 30A, CV 28.80V and terminates at 0.2A and sits at 27V float
For Lithium Ion you might set 45A,CV 29.4V and termination at x mins CV or at maybe 0.8A. for e.g. No float.

Looks really nice - is that the 'fancy' case or a modified version of the 'stock' case? I didn't see any outputs...

Roughly how much shipped to US, (preferably in $USD?)

Thats how it comes.

And a bargain at 4x the actual price. At least it is in most of the world where its a 3KW capable device. Theres nothing like this for a solid reliable well build device at this sort of power. Or even 1/3rd of that.

0-50A, 0-60v, 2 stage as power supply, 3 stage as lead battery charger, 2 stage as lithium ion charger, adjustable transittion or end currents, whats not to love? Only the fact that all this stuff is controlled with 1 push, turn knob. Takes a little figuring out. Then you get it. Press, wait for things to flash or change, press again etc.

And a 3KW capable supply this compact is quite amazing really. In the US you wll be limited to 25A instead of 50 I think. But even so still good.

Try to add notation to its 3-stage charger mode.

If you don't mind 50% increase in size & weight, the "fancy" aluminum version is also available.

Output will be completed with power posts, XT90, and Anderson SB50 cheers connector(from shirl _hkg exclusively).

You may also have a large 3.2" screen (stock is 2..4 inch).

Err, how do I power a 6KW power supply?

Or you just have to be careful what power you choose.

3.1KW is all the outlets can handle technically. Although you can do a bit more if you dont care! Actually in my room its all double sockets on a 30A ring main so it would be OK I suppose as its got 2 AC plugs..

£5 if any.
Seems no room for SB50. Be prepared to swap out the XT90, if an Anderson were to be installed.

Still checking for stock.
