What I meant was are LiFeSO4 as safe as LiFePO4? And do they have the same 2000+ cycles at 80 percent discharge?

How old?

And is measured capacity as good as the claimed capacity?

:P Typo mistake. No such thing as SO4. :P

It is LiFePO4.

19 --- 20 ah at 0.2C discharge. :)

That explains it then!

You say old but new???
Age shouldn't matter much, LiFe cells have a room temp shelf life of 10+ years.

Is that price still good?

6 of those would give a user 130Ah (likely 110 in reality) for 600 dollars. Cheap as decent 70ah lead.
Better to go bigger though. 3x the range. And charge with a hobby charger.

Are you sure nandol can fit 8 of them?

Thats 2X GRP 24 sized package?

171W x 260L X 240H?

Headway GRP24 sized gives 108Ah or 120Ah depending how configured, £1000 uk pounds. $1400 US.

But they do actually give the rated capacity. Most of the other Chinese cells tend not to do so...

And Headway 10C and 5C charge. But with 180Ah the lower C rate shouldn't be a problem.

Is there a Cycle life test? Most LiFePO4 give 2000 cycles to 80 percent DOD. So these will probably be the same.

It may hold up to 210 AH, but the assembly will be a bit messy.

My daily chair with 140 AH last a week.

Nandol is heavier and tyre pressure is lower. I'd expect 3 charges per fortnight with him. 800 cycles means 10 years of use. I have little concern with It's cycle life.

Cell price has dropped 50%, and upgrade from pouch envelope to metallic cases, since my first pack in 2007.

10 years from now, who knows? ;)

I do!

10 years from now the big manufacturers will be fitting 50Ah LiFePO4 batteries if we are lucky. Or still using lead... :D

You and I will have 20mph chairs with 200 mile range, or charge monthly...
