Dx2 wizard software issue

Hey Guys, I installed the wizard software, copied the hacked zip, pasted and replaced everything in the wizard program file, and cannot get it to read my dx2 controller using woodygb's programming lead. The programming lead is plugged into the usb ports off my motherboard. I attached a screenshot of what the wizard program is doing. Thanks Guys

Well you did something wrong! Copy over the top dont delete the initial instalation.

Is COM 3 the port assigned to my cable?

Is the controller/wheelchair turned on ?

Got it figured out. Had to downloaded a virtual port router to assign the usb program lead to com 6. Worked like a charm. Thanks, Guys
