Tom at Battery Hookup just got these in. They're going to go fast. If you're in the U.S. and planning a conversion these look like a good deal.

Great for solar or UPS or an EV car if he has enough. But those wont fit a wheelchair with standard sized battery compartment?

Not a standard group 24 size tray without modifications.
Definitely not in my stupid 22NF sized tray.
But from what I've seen of the customized machines people build for themselves (tracked vehicles, etc.) they could be an option.
I'm thinking about getting a golf cart for the grandkids and these would do very nicely.

I noticed that offer, but passed on it because of this in the description:
"They are 2c rated so you can discharge them at 500a with welded connections but through the bolts stay around 100a due to the thickness of the bolts."

Then I looked closely at the lug points and just passed. Seems like a lot of fiddle-fartin' around to get it up to 200A to have wiggle room on current draw for my needs. It'll probably work just fine, you may just need to pay attention to getting a better contact patch on the connection between cells.
