You understand that a 120A unit with 30% more torque is plug and play? And can be found cheaply on eBay if you are patient. I got 3 over 7 months. I paid between 50 and 100 pounds for mine. All looked like brand new. And the logs said unused, low hours and around 100 hours on one of them. Which is nothing.

Georg, if you have Paypal then that would be easier. All I want is the postage covered, the 90A PM is a free swap for your faulty 120A PM. Or you can try on :ebay for a working 120A one.

What makes you think he has a 120A one?

That's what he said he had BM, but Georg need to take a photo of what he actually has on his chair. Although looking at photos of the Swiss Viva chair it probably is a 90A PM.

Steve ...I have found that using IBAN is no less hassle than using Paypal.

The bank transfer won't be a problem, just need my PA to help me with it and she's in on Tues. I'll PM you my address and the postage costs then, when my PA can find a box and some foam to protect the PM in transit.

Georg, try importing the attached file to your PM. I've omitted the Omni section, so what the current values in that section are should not be touched. I've slightly increased motor comp to 40 (from 35) and current is set to 100A now (from 90A) as boost was already at 120A.

Try it, it might work. Remove the .zip from the filename.

One thing you all seem to be missing.

The power module on this chair is a 90A one... Both for this swap, and for this program you just posted...

Then why is boost current set to 120A in the original program? A 90A PM will not allow this value, I've tried it on my one awhile back. Also the current is wrong for a 90A PM, as this value tops out at either 70 or 80A.

Think you'll find I'm right BM! :) If I'm wrong then I owe you a beer .

It is?

I thought it was set to 90A. Thats why I thought it was a 90L power module. In the users updated file it was set to 90A at least.

I just looked. You are correct. And my mind is playing tricks on me. Its now 61 and defective. :cussing

But that means he needs a 120A power module or will lose a third of the torque for turn in place or curb/ramps etc.

I do have 3x120A PM's, but all are going to be used on my other chairs. That's why I said to Georg to wait and see if he can get a good deal on :ebay for a 120A PM. Depends on how soon he wants his chair working.

I can get the PM to him in 3 working days via DPD, so it's up to him.
