Fortunately with the linx access key and the computer program I'm able to adjust all the parameters. That's why I went with Linx electronics instead of R-bet. And the Linx access key was only 200$. The DME let me keep the Linx access key because my ATP didn't know how to use it but I did so they're basically considering me a technician so they could let me have it. Crazy how they are about programing.
because my ATP didn't know how to use

Incorrect. I think. Unless you can adjust things like motor load compensay=tion mOhms. And I think thats unlikely. Since they will tell you its all automatic (its not) etc.
Technically the dongle you have is DEALER level only I think. Since there are no OEM level tools available to the public or even dealers so far.
With R-Net we have ways here to obtain OEM level access. Thats the reason we prefer it.
There was a guy on here that decoded how the dealer level dongle on your LiNX system works, and re-wrote the software so that now even on your LiNX system true OEM level, and even further options are now possible.
Show me a screenshot of your motor compensation settings? If you can, then I will eat my hat! (wont be the first time!)
So if not, and you want true OEM access to all the possible options inc things like turn acceleleration scalers, and motor load compensation and a lot more then you would need to email him and send him some $$$ for the privelidge.because my ATP didn't know how to use
Whats an ATP??
Anything to do with wheelchair selection, medical "professionals" etc cannot access OEM from LiNX only Original Equipment Manufacturers. So only the likes of Sunrise or Bounder can use it. Or obtain it. Under threat of castration or worse if it is mentioned or released to public...

so far they are lasting for me - its goin on 3 years now - but i dont use the chair much at all in the winter - none of my chairs - i stay home - dont like the cold etc,
once summer comes - i am out daily as much as i can - and usually ride long trips - so it gets a work out for sure - for a good 3 to 4 months
being that i use two chairs for outdoor use - i can give one a break every now and then -
expresso wrote:this is what they did if you wanted - for the linx - comes in handy for me at least
Burgerman wrote:Thats what I am telling you. There IS a way to get the full OEM version and better, so you can adjust the "walls" they put in, increase turn accel and decel "scaler" and other important stuff like load compensation.
Anyone can get the dealer version you have for linx, its literally on the order form page on most chairs, or direct from Dynamic. Freely available to the public. But theres a guy on here that spent a lot of time and some money with a paid programmer that wrote some software that gives full OEM access and above (service etc) on your dealer dongle. If you have a look in these threads you will find his eMail. Then you will have full OEM level access.
OEM level access on R-Net - a better system really, is possible using the dealer level dongle and the OEM level software with a small easy workaround. Thats why its prefered here. Well tested and proven. You really should have gone R-Net. But nevertheless OEM can now be done with Linx too since its been cracked!

And he has reduced the price now!
Here https://linxoemaccess.weebly.com/ 121 euros...
Burgerman wrote:Take a look at the screenshots in that last link above. On weebly whatever that is!
The info and knowledge you will find here is way beyond what you will get from manufacturers let along dealers and certainly any other web site or forum. Inc some dodgy stuff like this!
expresso wrote:also - i have seen an snapshot of the settings it came with on a Rnet 300M - and they do have it adjusted better - full speed on the turning etc, as we would like it to be -
they come better in the settings dept then other brands of chairs - i wont be surprised if yours with the linx is set up better than most stock chairs would be - only way you can really know is get access to the settings and check

have you been able to disable the slow down speed when you chair is tilted. By using the software or locating the sensor/microswitch?
Burgerman wrote:You can disable it in programming or choose your own slowdown speed...
steves1977uk wrote:Personally I would ask Bounder if they would swap the Linx setup for a R-net setup, this way buy a dealer or OEM dongle and the latest programming software can be found easily. No waiting for a guy to respond to his e-mails just to get OEM access for a price.
