V-2 Beeping

Postby wes4dbt » 29 May 2021, 02:18

I got a pride jazzy Air 2. Been working fine for a couple of years. Now every time I elevate the chair it will start beeping, like a warning. That annoying as hell. I just read through the VR_2 manual and there was not one mention of a beeping noise, what it means or what to do.

Anyone ever had this happen or hear of it at all.

Thanks, Wes

I'll post back to let you know if it works. Probably be Monday when my son comes over.

I noticed the previous video is actually for the Pride Air not the Air 2.

Found this video

Was able to fix the problem by cleaning the pins and then spraying then with some silicone lube.

Think I'm going to see if I can figure out how to remove those sensors. I know it's a safety feature but it really isn't. I know if I'm on unlevel ground.
