Pride Mobility Victory Luna SC613

Postby JSDT » 05 Jun 2021, 14:09

Hi all!

A friend of mine has a secondhand Pride Mobility Victory Luna SC613 he wants to fix.
One of the broken things is the Molex connectors of the electronic harness.
I bought some new Molex connectors but since some connections are already pulled out by the previous owner I can't tell the exact wiring diagram.
Could somebody help me?
I tried searching the internet but without any luck yet.
The information I have is:

Cable:
Electronic, harness, controller interface victory 130, H-9764-010
Product code: DWR9764H010

Drive controller:
PGDT S-Drive 120A D81120.05 Program Rev. A DWR1111H586 ELEASMB7177

According to the PGDT S-Drive manual the pin layout is
1. Throttle Wiper (white)
2. Throttle High Reference (yellow)
3. Audible Alarm (red with orange line)
4. Slow/Fast Switch (red)
5. On/Off Switch (2x brown wires)
6. Inhibit 2 (red with green line)
7. 24V B+
8. Throttle Low Reference
9. Speed Limiting Potentiometer (green with yellow line)
10. Status Indicator
11. Aux Output
12. Reverse Switch
13. 0V (2x black wires)
14. Inhibit 3 (red)

I added the still plugged wires in parentheses.
Unplugged are a blue and a gray wire.
Could anyone give me some enlightment about the correct wiring?

Many thanks in advance!

The colour values vary between makes and models ... .

Blue would seem to be pin 8. Throttle Low Reference

I would just connect that one wire and try powering up the scooter

I have never seen these 2 pins being used ...
11. Aux Output & 12. Reverse Switch
...So that should narrow down your options.

So, if I understand you correctly, I should try to attach the blue one to the 8 for Throttle Low Ref.
And then gray to 7, the 24v B+ otherwise it doesn't have power.
With a jumper going from 7 to 10 status indicator.
Something like that?

The 24v pin 7 is an OUTPUT ...

Place a switch ON / OFF between pin 7 and pin 5.

The status pin just flashes an led.... if connected ...so it it's not really required.
I am guessing that the Gray should go to pin 10.

Note that the ON/OFF switch 24V supply GOING to pin 5 through a switch, could be coming from somewhere else in the system.

Use a multimeter from the scooters ON/OFF key switch and see if you can find it.

Just to be clear ...PIN 7 of the controller is connected internally to the Battery 24+ Spade...it is an OUTPUT.
Applying power 24v to pin 5 turns ON the controller.
