battery prob

hi what can have caused that ?
bad connection while charging or driving .
on side has melted.
this is gel battery
is it still safe to use?

Looks like its been loose and so burned. Make sure that connections are clean and tight.

If the battery still works OK and I see no reason why not then you can still use it. How do you intend to connect to it reliably though?
