Is the controller turned on?

Is the USB connection visible in the device manager?

How have you connected the dongle to the wheelchair?

Does it make "the plug in sound" with the USB?

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

When I click on update the driver it says - Windows was unable to install the r-net dongle

Should not be required in wndows 10. If your windows is correctly configured it should have that built in.

Or https://ftdichip.com/Drivers/vcp-drivers/

This is for older windows.
