what do you think about continental globe batteries ?

i might receive help to buy batteries gel gr24.
At the moment it seems like only continental globe brand are available.
maybe i could find a seller that sells MK batteries but before i need to know how do they compare...

Anyone knows the brand continental globe? are they the same quality as MK or like to avoid? i look for long life batterie as many years as possible

they make a 73ah gel battery with unknown characteristics. probably grp24. probably unsuitable internal resistance [too high]. stay away. buy MK.

if i convince the donator in the value of giving a little more money for me to buy batteries new, wich do you think is the better and how does it compare to mk gel batteries?

Well the odyssey is a small 63Ah battery in a case thats too big to fit, and the gel battery as a pretty high internal resistance so may feel "run down" when fully charged in comparison to the MK gel (4mOhm) by a little. You may find the Deka Dominator Gel. East Penn battery makes both Deka and MK. Identical specs on both batteries. I use Deka.
