Connecting R-Net dongle to sofftware issue

Hi, having problems connecting my R-Net Dealer Level dongle to the software… i.e. software/laptop not recognising it. Using the Sunrise OEM version but nothing happened. Advice gratefully received please. Thanks in advance…

Is it connected IN BETWEEN the joystick, and the power module?
Is the joystick turned on?
In device manager can you see the device? And does it have a driver installed?

Sorry for late response but, yes connected between joystick and power module; yes, joystick turned on; no, can't see device in device manager.

In device manager, go to top, select VIEW/SHOW HIDDEN DEVICES and delete every single thing in the tree that is greyed out.

Restart PC. Insert USB and switch everything on.
Now does it show up as a device? With or without a driver?

It certainly should. If not replace USB cable. Try a different PC. Or a different USB port.
