Where to find PGDT programmer software

I use Windows 10 and have previously used all the Windows variants without issue.

The controller is the 45A S-Drive.
I built the cable on my own. It uses a CH340E.

Schematic:

The controller is answering. But for some reason it gets a timeout on the port. I dont know what causes this. If its the PC programmer or some driver issue, or what else it could be...

Nope. No Change. Same old Status_Timeout. I think my Controller has some type of problem....

Try the Industrial software ..it is in my experience more forgiving with the signal.

Check your Messages.

Thank you so much Woody. The industrial version works. It seems this version uses another set of commands to access the USB port. I dont know why the one the other version uses doesnt work. But who cares. I got what I wanted. Thanks again

looking for some help or information on re-programming a SOLO controler, from a PowaKaddy for a bit of a runnaround have used gokart wheels that are near 2" diameter smaller than what was on it, and 8 105a Lifepo4 cells (on way from China)
doing something wrong cant post immage

Thanks Woody, Is it obtainable any where? and i have seen a drawing on a FTDi Friend???? where is best place to obtain one, hate software cant poke it with a screwdriver or teach it a lesson with a hammer

The pic below shows the connections using an FTDI cable , with the addition of a resistor and Schottky diode ...

BUT a direct connection ( TX of USB to RX of controller ) and ( RX of controller to TX of USB ) plus GND will probably work.

CHECK YOUR MESSAGES.

The plugs on this cable should... as I recall.... fit the SOLO and as a bonus only fit one way.

NOTE THAT THE POSITION OF THE WIRE COLOURS WILL NOT MATCH THE SOLO ...You can however press down on the tags and swap them around / remove them.

MOST of the time ...but not always.... there is no harm in trying.

I have attempted to change a parameter in my s-drive controller. It came up with 4 warnings of parameters that I couldn't access.
I felt the controller itself was prohibiting access. Am I wrong? I'm using the OEM software. If I could get hold of the Industrial would I be able to access all?

The parameter I wish to change is the pull away delay. It may seem petty but that small delay between operating the throttle and actually moving quite annoys me

I made my own cable up for programming and eventually got there. There may be other changes I would like to make as well but the aforementioned is a priority for me.
Would appreciate any help/ advice on this

The industrial software will not help.

Can you post your saved parameters file either with the .prg extension changed to .zip or as a zip file.

Changing the motor compensation could help.
Should you wish to try it yourself, make alterations in SMALL 5 STEP INCREMENTS ...going too far can cause a RUNAWAY motor / scooter.

Didn't think it would woodygb but was worth an ask.
Been offered another 120A controller which is supposed to be completely open but didn't really want to go down that route. Just spent 2.5k on the scooter.

I've attached my saved dump. I did change the max speed slightly just for the hell of it. Was originally set at 98%

I have been reading your forum for the last week, i made my cable following your instruction and on my first attempt i blew my laptop motherboard by connecting the power connector of the cable to the controller
