If you PM me I will tell you where to buy one. But thy are stupidly expensive. Did you realise that you can do all the same thing without one, using a dealr level dongle?

To program any r-net system you need a thing that plugs in and connects you your computer. It has a key or code inside. That determnes the access level

Theres 2 main ones. And a few we dont need.

DEALER ar A level is the basic dumbed down one. It cannot remove any walls set to limit you, it cannot change things like motor load compensation etc.

OEM is the B level. It allows access to everything we need to make the damned things steer properly and work properly and to remove walls etc.

There higher levels that we dont need and never saw.

So if level A dongle can't remove any limit for what it is useful to?

Because with R-Net you can use that with an OEM level file to load that OEM level file to the chair.

So if you also happen to have a copy of the OEM software on your PC you can make as many OEM level changes as you want with a small workaround. Buying OEM is all but impossible officielly but its not actually required if you know how.

Good evening, I have a C300 (rnet)
Elevation, Tilt, Recline and Leg
When switching on it is not possible to move , it does not exit the actuators mode
does not allow switching Drive Mode

And because I'm new to the Rnet programmer, I'm not identifying what might be causing this
someone could guide me

Thanks

Are there any error codes on the screen?

This is likely to be an permobil problem, rather than an r-net problem. Unlike other manufacturers who mostly use only R-Net equipment permobil male their own gyros, seating modules, and even some of the joysticks. So your r-net programmer cant control or program those. They basically tie you to permobil for repair. And the faults are pretty common on this board. So if the problem isnt on the screen or in the diagnostics inside the programmer then you nay need to start looking at sensors, or actuators, bad or damaged wiring etc. And then call $$$$ permobil. Who will probably start by randomely swapping parts.

Cant make sense of that - send the settings file.

Also delete all those errors. Check for a bad cable, a bus cable usually, by substitution. And see what errors you get then.

OK I took a look. I have never in all my life seen settings like that. I have no idea whats going on. But that must be undrivable or unusable on any normal chair. So its either a permobil thing, or a very strange chair. All the ABS settings and turn settings etc make no sense at all to me and I have programmed and played with a lot of chairs. I suspect its that permobil gyro setup thing again or someone has randomely sett everything to 100. Even the ones that would normally be 0.

Are you driving this with a joystick? What chair? And what is its main use?

Cant make head nor tail of that.

Unplug everything that is made by permobil. So just battery, power module, joystick and motors.

Then take a copy of the software from a known good chair and apply to the problem one, and see what it does. But I dont see how any chair can work with the file you posted here.

yes , I have no arguments , but in fact it is the programming that is in it ,,
there is a possibility, its Owner, is the same as all the others, and together with all of them, he sent a box with several, JSM and PM. May have exchanged some and did not inform me ,

Does Permobil offer any way of tracking, through the serial number, enabling, identifying, parts that really belong to this Chair?

The programming for the POWER MODULE should be the same as any other chair. Its all that permobil nonsence that causes problems.

I will set what I think your chair should be.
And send it back.
Dont blame me if it has wrong motor compensation or wrong brake voltage. That may cause damage. But I will leave those alone.

Wait...

I appreciate it , and do not worry , there is no way I would blame you for anything
after that, I'm going to get information regarding the C500 that reports tilt Error !!!1
But one at a time and on the topic that corresponds to C500, right?

DO NOT connect ANYTHING by permobil.

ONLY joystick. Power module. Battery.

See what it does. I cannot disable the STABILITY MODULE which is a permobil thing. And maybe why all the other settings are very very weird.

Test with great care. It may not work. It may run away. Nobody knows... Only 1 profile. It may not allow you to load it.

I mean any OTHER than yours. One that works. Some of the settings in yours look rather strange to put it mildly. Like unusable. For e.g all the minimum settings are 100%. The motor amps set to 80, and boost 80. All looks like it was set by a 4 year old on acid.

I want a healthy working one with correct motor compensation, brake volts etc and working settings.

Here are some files for my Permobil C500s VS. This is the standing wheelchair with high speed (6.5 mph) motors. This chair was manufactured in December, 2014.

The first file was provided to me by Permobil and is allegedly the original configuration for the chair.

The second file is what I am currently using on that wheelchair.
