Extremely Compact Rear Entry Van

Is this thing for real? Actually roadworthy? Importable to US?

Even if I cannot put license plates on it, I could put a towbar on it and maybe tow as an occupied wheelchair trailer behind my wife's car.
Imagine pulling up next to me on the freeway as I nap in my chair.

No posts since 2018. Website is forward looking on 2014. Are they for sale now? Have they ever been?

Low speed neighborhood vehicle, limited to 25mph by law in most parts of US. Same class as a golf cart.

Dunno. But it looks like a death trap to me. And I used to ride overpowered bikes.
