The price of Toyota Sienna in VN is about 4x higher than in the US. If plus modification for disability, it might jump to 10x :cussing

The difference between free market forces under capitalism and communism/socialist economics.

And we dont even have free markets as there are too many regulations, taxes etc of employment and businesses and interference by governments even in the US.

One thing I would do with that van is to replace tyres with runflat ones. Then swapping a wheel as a chair user becomes a non issue. You dont get stranded in the middle of nowhere... But also because it means the spare can be left at hime and you get a huge increase in rear storage space.

I did this runflat thing on my chrysler van many many years ago.

Non stock 19 x 9 rims. You dont need those to fit runflat tyres. Cheap from a bankrupsy sale in germany!
Tyres are Pirelly P Zero 245/55-19 and are runflat.

I removed all the valve cores, to test. When new, so 4 flat tyres. It drove just fine! So no problem getting home.
This van is now 18 yearrs old! If I swap it I will get the toyota. Or the VW caravelle.

I know this reply is a little late, but I really like how your carpeted floors in your van came out! Overall, your van still looks terrific.
Do you have any tips or tricks on how to quiet a rattling ramp on a foldout BruanAbility Chrysler 2014 Town & Country? I have the door roller adjusted as far inward toward the ramp as possible. The ramp still rattles more than I would like. If I adjust the limit switch on the bottom left of the ramp as you face the ramp, which way would I move the switch adjustment in? In towards the door or should I adjust it backward toward the driver side? I'm open to all ideas here…Let me know if I should start a new thread.

Thanks, F3HEAD

In that box on mine, theres 3 cams, that hit 3 microswitches. You ajust the cams by loosening with an allen key. ONE of those controls how far the door is pulled in befor it stops. The problem is the adjustment is microscopic. A fraction of a degree is an inch at the top...
Its easy to screw it all up. You need someone patient with a brain to study it and spend a couple of houurs fine tuning it. Get it wrong at you peril...

I have not tried that since it was new 2007... It was a nightmare! So be warned.
