Permolock "tie down"

Postby garriew » 20 Dec 2013, 23:06

I am tired of getting my EZ-Lock bracket/bolt caught on sidewalks, water hoses in the yard, and random other places so on my new chair I am getting a Permolock plunger because it goes into the base.

Does anyone know if the plunger will work with an EZ-Lock base? I asked Permobil and of course they said it wouldn't but I expected that answer. I just don't want to purchase a Permolock base if the plunger will go into an EZ-Lock base.

No idea. But I fitted my ezlock (clone) up higher on 2x 30mm spacer rails. So you get the normal inch or so plus a shorter bolt by about 30mm extra. Cant remember the last time it hit anything.
