EZ Lock mount

With my new (to me) chair finally in, it just occurred to me that I'll soon have to put a bolt on the bottom to lock into the EZ Lock system in my van. My question is, how do you mount your vehicle lock onto your chair? With my current chair, I had a buddy simply weld a high-strength bolt onto the bottom of my chair. It's ugly but it works (I can get a pic if anyone is interested). How about you?

I made the chairs centre section ready for a bolt. In 3 positions.
