I recently acquired a 2014 Toyota Sienna se with a VMI conversion. The lower rollers on both sliding doors are wore out. Brackets are fine , roller bearings are toast. Turns out VMI used their own custom rollers. To order a set of new ones from VMI will cost approximately $1300 Canadian hanged so looking at cheap alternatives. The wheels are just roller bearings, but have a rubber/plastic coating on the outside. I considered just replacing them with regular steel bearings of a similar size, but also see there are polyurethane coated bearings/wheels that might work.

Anyone replaced their sliding door wheels with an alternative.?

Those just look like normal bearings. With "tyres" on. As used on sliding doors in warehouses etc.

Shoud be available on various online places.

Take them all apart. Clean. Respray rattlecan black. Use new bolts, etc and search online for correct bearings. VMI dont make bearings...
