Hello, here is a quick update on an ongoing Braunability problem with my 14 inch drop floor minivan. I've been having an ongoing issue with the sliding door not opening And ramp not deploying for a number of years. Initially the door would slide open and kneel flawlessly for months, and then out of the blue it would stop functioning totally. If you wait a while, the door/kneel problem would resolve itself and the door would open and work properly again for months and then mysteriously the problem would reoccur.
Every time I take it to the dealer broken and not functioning, by the time I got it to the shop, it would start functioning properly again and they would have nothing to repair! Eventually, the door stopped sliding open and kneeling permanently. Finally, under the floor, the Mobilityworks technician found and soldered a broken wire and bad connection. I'll include receipt if you can see it.
