Cars interesting, but really not my thing though.

But, LOOK at that wheelchair that the girl is in!

Its about twice as wide as she is, and it sits her about 12 inches higher than needed. And its about 100 yards long. This is what happens when the physios, OTs, and experts get involved in prescribing a wheelchair! Its WAY too big, heavy, and unnessasary.

25mph top speed? The roads I normally drive have a posted limit of 55-65mph, and I get passed frequently when I'm driving at 75-80mph - seems like a totally useless vehicle to me, as it would not allow me to get to the Asylum and back, or to anywhere else that I want to go on a regular basis.

At $25,000 I won't be able to buy one. I'd buy a good quality used Caravan for that.

At a top speed of 25mph it isn't fast enough to even use in my small town. The road leading east to our intermediate school is posted at 35mph. I'd be worried about getting run over driving from my office to that school.

Still, I can see where it could come in handy.

In many places in Europe there are thousands of mopeds (50cc glorified bicycles) electric bikes, small scooters, and low speed limits and congested busy towns with tiny streets etc. And every car has a multitude of scrapes and dents. In these places it would work ok. But how safe you would feel is debatable! Where I live in the UK, it would look out of place and you would get squashed by a truck or bus.
