VMI conversion

I have water penetrating into the ramp/motor cavity when it rains. Is this a manufacturing problem or is it something the company that did the conversions issue. Where is the water coming in and what do i have to do to fix it.

Your water is likely coming in around the sliding door seal. Take a look at the bottom of the door where they extend it, this is likely your problem area. Check the seal to see if it completely smushed (like mine) or if yo have a piece torn. Maybe have somebody take a hose to the door while your sitting in it and look for leaks. Mine is going on 5 years old and I'm starting to see a little leakage myself.
