BM how much ground clearance ya got?

Am seriously looking at a Grand Caravan from VMI and they only have 5.5" @ curb weight. I looked at the non-conversion factory specs and it shows 5.5" also. Don't seem like enough. Looked at some minivan forums and those guys are talking about lowering em so they look cool...guess they just stand there and look at it. Anyway some of the ones that have modified vans say they have to be careful now to bottom out. So I looked at some 255/75r17 tires that give a 1.75" more clearance over the OEM 225/65r17 to end up with 7.25" clearance. I'm use to driving full size vans and 5.5" is just too low it seems.

Not sure but its not low. At least 8 inches at the lowest point on the exhaust, and a bit more like 10 on side skirts at the lowest point at the front.

Rollx raise suspension and also use the tow pack suspension. And my wheels and tyres are about 1.2 inches taller as well.

Doesn't that give it more body roll and a harsher ride though?
