I've been reaching across (mostly) though with my truck & old car I could sometimes lean forward enough to flick the switch with my fingertips. (My left is seriously impaired, right not bad) I'm not finding anyplace to buy the devise short of a full rehab accessment & paying someone to tighten a couple of screws.
Anyone know of sources?

Do it via Bluetooth, RC etc and a simple RC switch. A switch on the chair can then control your vans indicators.
