Since we use 4-point tie-down belts I think I understand what Red Dragon is getting at. With belts, when you tighten the retractors the belts can be tightened enough to compress the chair's suspension so that it is pretty rigidly fixed to the car. If left loose, depending on the chair's springing, it might bobble about on its springs as the car jiggles.
With just an EZ-lock type bolt, Red Dragon's MWD evidently does this to an annoying degree. The best fix for this might be a secondary, non-latching, device at the front of the chair that keeps the chair from rotating around the EZ-lock bolt. EZ-lock does sell secondary brackets, but I've not seen them and don't know if they prevent only horizontal rotation or also up and down movement. John (Burgerman) has made his own secondary receiver, and my recollection is that it should work in both vertical and horizontal planes, so maybe he could post a photo of that to let you see what I'm talking about.

Lenny

Oh I see. He wants it to squash the suspension down. Mid drive chairs don't actually have any on the main drive wheels. So it is hard to see how you could pull it down lower. So yes a secondary "drive in" latch or tube is needed. To stop it rocking.
I don't have a photo of mine, and its under a chair. So imaging a 25mm bar, with a 12mm hole through it, with tapered entry like a funnel bolted to the chair. And a short stubby 12mm high tensile bolt with head removed, and rounded end sticking out to meet it.

I use a permolock (with a c500 wheelchair), and it is very tight. Almost no movement in corners or when braking...

There are two extra rubber bush(Stop bracket/Less load on the pin-safer) in the front of the docking System that Connects the wheelchair front wheel.
there is also secondary brackets in the front of the chair that need to Reduce rocking and on the docking System it have two
see pic
http://www.rehabmart.com.sg/wheelchair/wheelchair-parts-accessories/other-wheelchair-parts-accessories/permolockThey also have a folding pin.
