Hi I'm Steve,
About 8 years ago I had a life-changing leg break, after several failed operations I'm now left with permanent nerve damage and limited mobility.
I get around slowly on elbow crutches and have a Pride Apex Epic to get out and about. It's been a trusty little truck until a recent electrical failure.
I've been struggling to track down a detailed wiring diagram which is how i found myself here. I've now decided to convert it from 36V to a 24V system
with a full custom rewire to eliminate some complications. I'm pretty sure the main controller is ok (PG S200) but I'm going to have reprogram it to suit
a 24V motor.
Once I've completed it I'll post the final wiring diagram if it helps anyone else. I've ordered the parts to make the programming interface but I only have the
dealer PGDT software and would really appreciate some help getting hold of a more useful version (either OEM or Manufacturer)
I'm sure I'll learn a lot reverse engineering this and I'll gladly share my triumphs and failures on here for your entertainment! ;-)
