Holy swears, I am liking this site, and what I've been seeing to a limited extent on the Board. I've got Becker Muscular Dystrophy, which is just progressing muscle weakness from the proximal muscles outward over time, so the main site's author's comments about assumptions about cognitive ability really make sense to me! I can drive an automobile and play Call of Duty and racing simulators and when I had respectable quads, was competent at basketball. It is my dream to do something from scratch, as my co parent (that is a complicated but positive topic of discussion) is teaching me how to weld, and shit's (is swearing cool on this board?) expensive and complicated insurance-wise. Bounders look interesting, but I'm betting my insurance will charge me extra since they're not 2 MPH, 50-inch wide bumper cars with batteries that die when it gets cold.
Anyhow, hello, and thanks for keeping this up, whoever keeps it up. I'm looking around for FAQs and rules and such and promise to try to contribute as much as I can. EDIT: My name's Aaron.
