Hello everyone,
I live on the gulf coast in the USA and I have a couple of power chairs. I live in a two story house so that is the reason for two chairs. One of them is a Image HS-2800 power chair
and I have been having a problem with it. When I turn the power on the battery indicator lights run up the scale from red to green and they are flashing. according to the crappy manual that
came with the chair it is in the sleep mode. The manual does not have any troubleshooting/fix instructions to correct this problem.I contacted the supplier of the chair which is Direct Medical
but no one seems to want to return my calls or emails. Does any one have any ideas about this problem and a fix? Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.
Thanks and I'm glad to be part of the forum.. :)

Manual. Can you identify the actual pattern? P18

Check the freewheel lever. And check the joystick is central when turned on. And be sure the charger isn't connected.
