No. He says several things.
That no african country, town villiage ever built a house or anything from rocks, bricks etc. No african place ever had power, mines, production, a 2 story building, a wheel, or any kind of organsation that was productive. Or any of the things that we call civilisation. When the euopeans went to africa they brought allthis with them. The means to produce, to have a civiliasation. The means to feed and produce.

Ask yourself. Can you name ONE single thing that is beneficial to Europe that all these black migrants have brought? ANY single thing? A new type of engineering? A new type of architecture (mud huts doesent count) or ANYTHING that has been a positive thing?

Then he says that IF we sent all the europeans to africa. And all the africans to europe, withing a few decades africa would be civilised, productive and prosperous. Esp so since they have a hell of a lot more natural reserves of energy, and raw materials. But that europe would then degenerate back into the third world state. As it already is doing in the black bits of our cities. And that within a few decades the blacks would be leaving europe to take advantage of the now more successful africa...
