S drive - bypass fenced parameters?

Postby apexncgeek » 16 Apr 2021, 14:59

There are parameters that I'm almost positive are fenced on one of my scooters.
Fenced = hard set to less than capable value. Example: max speed fenced at 70%, so that when you set the parameter to 100 on a 10mph capable scooter, it only goes 7mph.

Is there any way to either bypass the fence on the existing controller or get a "blank"/unfenced controller and copy a save file/dump from the old controller to eliminate it?

Thank you.

There are dealer programmers and OEM programmers that can remove any walls if set...

What are you using?

The manual says its not possible because the OEM software is for manufacturers to set limits (walls). Technically you cannot get hold of OEM tools. But you can...
