This scene challenged my logic skills yesterday.
Outdoors, with very few people around, on the way from parking garage to hospital entrance a guy remains standing in the curb cut through a few light changes without moving. I'm in the street needing to enter the sidewalk. I say "excuse me." and point to the area I need to go which he is blocking. He doesn't move, but looks me over and says "Thank you *cough*(down in my face, no attempt to cover at all) for not wearing a mask." I have to bounce over the curb, and I say "I have one in my pocket." He says "Me too."
I'm fat, old, in a wheelchair, at a hospital. The very definition of "vulnerable population". My young child has been on a respirator close to death multiple times, and this guy thinks I support his ignorant dangerous position because I was enjoying the sunshine for a few minutes. Logic was out the window yesterday.
