To the Moon

Postby Burgerman » 27 Aug 2022, 10:08

NASA Launches the biggest ever rocket, 20 years in the making, at least 20 times over budget, made from old space shuttle engines and solid boosters, not reusable. But should still be a good show.

Heres the FREE version, no netflix needed. For the more sane among us!
Everything on netflix and more is all free if you understand the internet...

Use an ad blocker and a VPN as you should be doing anyway, or it either wont work or will be all popups I presume. I see non.

WITH those 2 things, its as clean as netflix...

https://solarmovie.pe/watch-movie/watch ... 79.8235166

Full version, over 2 hours long.

Thanks

It's works for me. I use a Proton VPN which is free. It's good and reliable, apart from the speed. But on Virgin 100Mbps it doesn't matter much if speed is down for what I do on the internet, it's fast enough for streaming. But I'll probably sign up again to a paid service sometime.

Is solar movie the best streaming site for free stuff, or are there others out there?

As well as movies and tv series do you know of any free boxing or UFC/MMA streams? I'm not a sports fan but I do enjoy a good dust up biff bash boff

Theres a lot. But I use 3 or 4.

Since they have stuff such as the new top gun movie and a lot of stuff thats not available anywhere else, then whats the point of the likes of now TV or netflix/disney/prime/etc. As everything they have is also there for free. And a load of stuff they dont have.

More
https://wvw1.123movies.net/
https://fmovies.to/
https://hdpopcorn.live/
https://losmoviess.com/
https://moviesjoy.to/home
https://solarmovie.pe/home

If any of these fail, or are shut down, just search their website names, they just use different URLs. Some have many!
Also, if you cant find something on one, or only a screener (yuk) then try the others as they all update at different times.

For e.g top gun is a screener on some sites. And full HD on others.
Sometimes somewhere in between. https://losmoviess.com/movie/top-gun-maverick-5448
On this one its medium res, and sound isnt great, but watchable. On some sites its pefect and 1080p... Others a screener.

Cheers BM I’ve book marked them all and will cancel my Netflix subscription at the end of the month. I only have their £6.99 basic package and dip in and out of it every few months. Although big, I think Netflix are one of the best cos they don’t tie you into a contract. Well at least not yet anyway.

I do have a netflix membership. And a prime one. But seldom use them. Because they seem to have much fewer series and movies than you can find elsewhere for free. Even their own netflix stuff! Or prime stuff. They also frequently remove stuff thats older. But thats still out tere on these alernate sites too...

So if you understand the internet you can watch it all for free.

Yes thanks for the movie links!! Wanted to watch Moneyball the other day and it has recently been removed from Netflix or Prime or where ever it was before. But I see it on Solarmovie here today. And you are right about the popups. Now I'm going to need more storage haha.

When is Musk going to light off all 33 raptor engines. That should be a good show to watch.

I dont know... Also waiting.
You dont need to have more storage, just stream them!

Also use firefox. And then head to uBlock Origin. And install. You will never see an ad or popup again.

Another way to stop all popups and annoying auto-play videos is to have your browser open webpages in Reader View. It's works well if you mainly visit news sites and mainly text sites, but no good for forums like WD.com I can't imagine.

But then WD.com is blessedly free of ads and other junk. I don't know how BM manages but he does.

If ever you need people to chip in to help fund server space BM, don't ask me!

Only joking mate, of course I'd chip in :D

Yes I pay. Around 175 per year. If anyone wants to help I wouldnt refuse! But I can cope at the moment.

But I hate ads. Wont add those unless I have no option.

The SLS has a suspect leak, hydrogen. So may get delayed. But maybe not! 2 hours to go.

New attempt friday.

Its took them in typical socialist style, (no need to be making money, no need to get anything done, no need to rush, money helicoptered in) 10 years and 10 to 12 BILLION dollars to build the SLS from 6 already used shuttle engines and boosters. And it disposable... At 1 billion per rocket.

It should have been scrapped. And the money given towards the 10x faster development time, and 10x cheaper to design Starship. Which is estimated to be 3 million per reusabe launch. 10 x faster development. 10X cheaper to design and develop, and its reusable. Thats 33x cheaper per launch! Thats the difference between private efficiency and socialist / goverment organised inefficiency. And they started with already developed shuttle engines and boosters...

Maybe a paypal account or gofundme page would make it easy to donate. I'd throw in $10.

I'd also bet $10 the SLS never makes a successful mission.

Paypal.

I think it will be successful. But will be a massive waste of money when starship becomes viable. Literally 3 million compared to 1 billion per SLS launch!

Musk is aiming at mass production, and 1000 reusable ships to mars every 18 months as planets get into the correct positions.
SLS can only manage 2 per year maximum production, which are thrown away every launch. And 10 total. Currently 1 every 2 years... And 10 years late.

Yep it's gone now BM. It's the least any of us could do. WD is a great site, the best of it's kind. And you're always on tap for advice. You must put in a hell of a lot of your time running it. So it should be us users who should thanking you. :worship
