Q 700 M Connection for Recaro 12 V seat

I have just bought a QUICKIE Q700 M SEDEO PRO Second hand off eBay. It was a bargain and in almost perfect condition. I think it was posted on here where I seen it.

So thank you.

I'm going to use this as my spare chair and want to put my 12 V electric Ergomed Recaro seat on it. That's not a problem, just want to know where to connect the 24 V to 12 V inverter so I can power the seat.

Basically where do I connect it in line, or do I go directly to the batteries which is not always the best option?

Just realised I posted this in the wrong one, please can moderator move it? I cannot see a way of deleting and redoing it.

Dont worry the answer is quick. You can get 24v ergomed seats. And you can use your inverter. In both cases you need to run it from the 24v battery directly, with a fuse to protect the wiring. And a power switch to turn it off as when not in use the inverter will pull a small amount of current always. So if you dont use it for a few days turn it off.

You could also use a seating module and operate it direct from your joystick with a little modification.

Thank you, that's relatively simple.

Wishing you a great week.
