How to reverse the functions of the flag switches on the CJSM2-BT ?

Yes

There are tiny dip switches under them. I dont think they allow reversing the switches. Could be wrong. Never changed them. You can change sides, you cant reverse them, so ON is always forwards for e.g. Faster always forwards.

yes, I want to swap the functions of the toggle switches from right to left and vice versa, but it might be difficult to remove the rubber cover with the symbols that hides the micro switches. How can I do it without breaking anything ?

Left to right? Thats possible. You order the replacement adhesive covers with correct markings, then set the switches as it tells you. Then add the new covers.
