Does anyone know if they sell spare parts for this plastic part?

You are going to need to get your good camera out! I see two blue bumps that look like metal?

Are you talking about the black bits? Are they bushes? Bearings for those parts that lift off?

There are thousands of such parts. You will need to remove one and use that micrometer to find some replacements.

It is a piece of hard plastic (PVC) that makes a cushion between the two metal parts.

Something like this...

...but hard plastic; no rubber.

No idea. But you may need to adapt or use something else. Or contact manufacturer.

Maybe search for plastic endcaps or inserts for round tubing.

Search flanged bushing. Or top hat bush. But you need the inner and outer sizes.

It isn't clear from the photos whether the part is just a washer like flat disk, or if there is material that also goes on the sides of the pins...

If it's a flat disk, I'd look for a nylon washer that could be press fit over the pin. (might need to get one that was undersize and carefully ream out the hole to fit...)

If it is material on the sides of the pin as well, I'd go with BM's suggestion of searching for flanged bushing. Or top hat bush.
