BM believe you have mentioned these smooth/slick tires, kenda shows their tire as a K404LG(lg may be for lawn&garden). To mount on a stock 4"by2" wide wc wheel; is that a split or tubeless wheel?

I used them on my Q700R chair to allow the footplate to move back further. On that chair they are tubed, on a normal stock rim.

Use 280/250 4 tubes, and be sure they are REAL 90 degree valves. Some claim 90 and are about 45... And that makes them a b*****d to inflate. And use some off road sealer. And if you cant get decent tube/valve get a 20mm tyre valve extende on eBay.
